Care2talk is an online resource for young adult cancer patients and
survivors in Northwestern Ontario. By young adults, we mean those aged 18-44 years but feel free to also contact us if you are
a few years above or below that range. Whether you are just beginning your treatment or you are several years completed, this
is a safe online environment where you can connect with other patients and with Supportive Care services. |
Care2talk.ca has changed the way we deliver Supportive Care in Northwestern Ontario
and is an opportunity for both patients and professionals to connect using online services. Essentially, care2talk.ca has opened up
a world of possibilities in patient-centered online care. Even if you are not terribly comfortable with computers or the internet, we
have designed the website to be clutter free and easy to use. We are also available to provide one-to-one support for those who would
like help finding their way around online.
