Maternal Child - Prenatal Education

The Healthy Beginnings Prenatal Program is a two-part prenatal education program offered in partnership with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

 

Part One: Early Prenatal Classes – Thunder Bay District Health Unit

Part Two: Childbirth Classes - Maternity Centre

 

A series of six childbirth classes taken after 28 weeks of pregnancy to prepare for an optimal birth experience. Register early at 20 weeks to confirm your space in the Prenatal Classes. This program is offered free at the Maternity Centre.
